Engagement Model
How we engage with enterprise customers
From first conversation to live deployment, Mentoros engagements follow a defined path. We scope honestly, deploy in stages, and stay involved after go-live. The framework below describes how that works in practice.
Engagement phases
Four defined stages, from scope to operation
Discovery
Scoping conversation, requirements assessment, integration mapping, security review.
Output: Scoped engagement proposal.
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks.
Pilot
Limited deployment on a defined domain or surface. Configured and connected to your real systems. Reviewability and governance enabled from day one.
Typical duration: 4–8 weeks.
Production rollout
Expansion to full scope, integration with broader systems, governance policies finalised, performance baselines established.
Typical duration: 4–6 weeks.
Ongoing operation
Continuous improvement, named customer success contact, quarterly reviews, governance and content updates.
Ongoing.
Commitments
What we commit to
Production deployments operate under defined service commitments. These are standard across the platform and confirmed per engagement.
Availability
99.5% monthly uptime target on production deployments.
Response times
P1 incidents — within 1 hour business hours. P2 — within 4 hours business hours. P3 — within 1 business day.
Reviewability
100% of conversations available for review and audit for the contractual retention period.
Data handling
Customer data is processed only for the engagement. No data is used to train shared models without explicit opt-in.
Specific SLA terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement and may vary by deployment mode and tier.
Pilot
How a pilot works
- Defined scope: one domain, one surface, one integration set
- Real systems: pilots run on your real data with reviewability enabled
- Defined success metrics: agreed in writing before kickoff
- Defined exit: pilot ends with a documented review and a clear go/no-go decision
Pilots are not free trials. They are short, scoped engagements designed to prove value on real data with measurable outcomes. Pricing for pilots is published per product or scoped on the engagement proposal.
